The Power of Perseverance

People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never give up. I agree with it. The power of persistence is infinite. It can bring us to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation. When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and finally completed it.

In the heart of every man has a dream, this dream may be great or very special, maybe very simple or very ordinary. But as long as you insist on paying, you can succeed. I remember when I was learning skating, it was very difficult at first. I fell down many times, but I never gave up. With the help of my father, I finally learned to stand up and walk. This experience taught me that nothing is difficult if we persist.

In the 2022 Athens Olympic Games, Chinese athlete Liu Xiang won the 110m hurdles champion with his own strength and created the miracle of the world by breaking the world record. His success is a testament to the power of persistence.

So, my advice is: never give up, keep going, and you will discover the power of persistence.
